The Launch of Ethos Impact Partners

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to work that centers people—especially those doing the hard, often unrecognized work of making their communities stronger, more just, and more hopeful.

My path has taken me from a fifth-grade classroom in Jacksonville, Florida, to executive leadership roles in nonprofits and social impact companies. I’ve coached educators, led multi-million-dollar fundraising efforts, advised on strategic planning and DEI initiatives, and walked alongside mission-driven leaders during some of their most defining moments. Through it all, one belief has remained constant: impact is only meaningful when it's grounded in values.

That’s why I’m proud to officially launch Ethos Impact Partners—a consulting firm built for those who serve. Our mission is to support nonprofits, changemakers, and values-aligned companies with strategy, care, and clarity—always rooted in what’s right.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a trusted advisor to organizations navigating growth, transition, and transformation. I’ve seen what’s possible when strategy is built on trust, not templates—when consultants listen more than they speak, and when community voice is treated as a resource, not a checkbox.

But I’ve also seen the other side.

I’ve seen how consulting can go wrong—when retaining a contract becomes more important than honoring a mission, when advice is delivered without context or care, and when strategies are imposed rather than co-created. Too often, the work becomes about preserving the consultant’s role, not strengthening the client’s voice. At some point, it became clear: if I wanted to do this work the right way, I had to do it on my own terms.

So I stepped out—and stepped into something new. Ethos Impact was born from the conviction that service should be human, strategy should be responsible, and relationships should come before revenue. We don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions or performative partnerships. We co-create, we walk alongside, and we prioritize the long-term well-being of the people and organizations we support.

Our services reflect the diversity of our experience. Whether we’re helping a nonprofit reimagine its development strategy, supporting a high school student in launching their first service project, or guiding a small business through authentic community engagement—we’re building structures that endure, relationships that deepen, and stories that matter.
